![Game plans & strategies are kind of my thing. It’s honestly one of my favorite parts of this job. So when my investor clients approached me about selling their rental, I had one question:

Since the answer was yes, they trusted my guidance…my game plan…& my strategy. I had one goal: net them the most amount of money in the easiest way possible.

We did a light reno that I spearheaded & while we listed the house right on the money according to comps, we received (& accepted!) an offer $20,000 over list price!
